Owner, Justin Sundling, comes from a long line of handy men and women who have generously shared their skills and expertise. Justin has been building things and refining his skills for over 25 years!

As a general contracting company, we can handle everything from full, multi-room remodels and basement finishes, to decks, sheds and ADUs. We also specialize in custom woodworking and metal fabrication, simple fixture installations and minor repairs around your home.
Our Service Area
It is our mission to maintain a commitment to improving and developing our local community. As such, we primarily serve the neighborhood of St. Johns. However, we also extend full services to the North Portland Peninsula neighborhoods (NPNS) and certain parts of downtown. I encourage potential clients outside of this service area to first try contacting contractors in your local area before soliciting the services of Sundling & Associates.
